Elle Hayes
With a decade of interior design experience, Elle’s journey began on the East Coast, as friends recognized her unique eye and hired her to transform their homes. Because of her son’s passion for skiing, Elle’s young family moved to Sun Valley in 2017, where she continued working in the interior design field. A few years later, Larkin Home was launched. With a fresh perspective on modern mountain design, Elle brings creativity and professionalism to each project, working closely with clients to transform their homes into havens.
Phoebe Pilaro
Phoebe’s background as an illustrator, ceramic artist, and muralist, naturally led her to a career in interior design. She brings a rich array of creative skills to the Larkin Home team. When working with contractors and clients, Phoebe provides a comprehensive knowledge of on-site project management and excellent interpersonal skills. Having raised two boys in the valley, she now channels her energy into creating beautiful homes.
